In a Different Place

When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they shall not overwhelm you; when you walk through fire you shall not be burned, and the flame shall not consume you. Isaiah 43:2
Today I intend to talk about a topic that has been talked about a lot as far as I remember: The path that we must travel as God's children.
It is true that no one has ever told us what this path is about or how difficult it may be to traverse it (obviously it depends on our spiritual strength; or how long the distance is that we need to travel) which is somewhat an elusive thing, knowing what God's goal is and that He is always with us. But the truth is that as we are traversing it, it is perfectly normal that our attitude may change and when it happens, we see things a little differently from the way we see them on our best days.
What I mean are those moments when we begin to see everything with a negative outlook, devoid of hope and with very little faith. Constantly having God's guidance and company, He invites us to consider another point of view during such moments. We may not be in the place we wanted to be, but we are no longer in the other place that we did not want be at.
We just have to remember that in God's eyes everything, absolutely everything arrives, and if it is not at this precise moment it is because God has another urgent plan for us. It is our duty to assist Him.
